My tours stand apart because I take the time to capture additional scans, ensuring smooth, natural movement throughout the space. An auto-play feature is also included, allowing viewers to experience the tour hands-free, similar to a video.

Matterport Pro3 LiDAR Accuracy

The LiDAR sensor in the Pro3 typically delivers an accuracy of about ±20 mm (±2 cm) at a 10 meter range. That means measurements taken within a 10 m radius are generally within about 2 cm of true distance.

This is considered professional-grade accuracy for architectural capture, digital twins, and most property documentation tasks—it’s far more precise than consumer/mobile LiDAR systems.
