I am a broker-licensed real estate professional with a strong track record in designing, implementing, and managing effective real estate sales and marketing strategies. Over the course of my career, I have successfully closed more than 150 real estate transactions throughout Maine.
This experience is the foundation for my nine years of success with ListingTunnel.com. I understand firsthand what matters to both sellers and buyers — and how visual presentation directly influences perceived value and time on market.
It only makes sense that a real estate photographer with 20+ years of industry experience is uniquely positioned to market a property effectively. And while real estate photography is a core service I provide, it’s just one part of the comprehensive visual marketing solutions I offer.
Beyond Photography..
In May of 2014, the first Matterport 3D camera was officially released for public purchase. I purchased my first unit that November, becoming an early adopter of digital twin technology in real estate marketing.
Today, I use the latest generation Matterport system, upgraded with LiDAR-based spatial capture. This advancement allows me to produce highly accurate digital twins and floor plans with precision measurements within 10mm. In addition, I can provide CAD files, E57 point cloud data, and other architectural formats—delivered affordably and typically within 24–48 hours of scanning a property.
This service has proven to be extremely valuable for architects, renovation planning, builders, and project managers who need reliable, real-world spatial documentation—without the cost or wait associated with traditional survey methods.
Beyond work..
Outside of my professional life, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a co-facilitator at the Cancer Community Center (now The Dempsey Center), supporting individuals and families affected by cancer. I’m also passionate about senior dog rescue and have adopted several older dogs through Old Dogs New Digs and Harvest Hills Animal Shelter in Fryeburg.
I’ve called Maine home for more than 28 years. I currently split my time between Westbrook and Long Pond in Denmark, where I enjoy the quiet pace and sense of community that Maine is known for.
